Transforming how organizations manage projects

 As a Project Manager at KONE AREECO Ltd. for 10 years, I managed over $98M in complex engineering projects, focusing on elevators, escalators, and auto-walks, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. My responsibilities included overseeing bidding, procurement, and supplier management to optimize costs and timelines. I also led the implementation of SAP with legacy system data migration, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, I managed the People Flow and Access Control Systems portfolio, delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Throughout my tenure, I consistently delivered projects on time and within budget, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence. 

 As a Senior Projects Manager at 3S Systems Security and Solutions, I stepped into a struggling ICT and BMS installation project for five high-rise towers at King Abdullah Financial District and successfully turned it around within three months. I conducted a thorough gap analysis to identify critical issues and implemented targeted solutions to address them. By improving team communication and resolving conflicts with consultants, I fostered a more collaborative and cohesive working environment. I also centralized and standardized project policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations. In addition, I recommended and negotiated contractual amendments, addressing unrealistic clauses—such as unlimited manpower requirements—that had been previously agreed upon by the then PMO manager. Collaborating closely with the main contractor, Baytoor, I realigned the project with client expectations and industry standards. Ultimately, I recovered the project, enabling the generation of over 7 million Saudi Riyals in invoices and successfully restoring client confidence. 

As a Program Management Office Controller, I led large-scale ERP and RPA implementations for high-profile clients such as International Maritime Industries (IMI) and Riyad Bank, achieving significant milestones in both project delivery and process optimization. One of my key achievements was recovering and successfully delivering a large-scale IFS ERP implementation program for IMI, which included custom SRM and Facilities Management software. I also integrated third-party tools using BOOMI middleware and custom APIs, streamlining operations and improving data flow across systems. For Riyad Bank, I led the automation for over 400 business and banking processes through RPA, leading to substantial efficiency gains. Additionally, I provided PMO governance for clients like RTA, Jordan Central Bank, and Bayan Credit Bureau, ensuring that projects remained compliant and strategically aligned with organizational goals. 

As a program manager of strategy and operations team at Tahaluf Informa, I directed high impact strategic initiatives that played a key role in shaping the future of the organization, including data analytics and dynamic dashboard development to provide actionable insights that drove decision-making and enhanced operational efficiency. I also conducted economic impact and market analyses, offering data-driven recommendations to guide business strategy. Additionally, I led a cloud data migration and localization project, supporting business case development and project planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. I performed supplier spend analysis across all events, strategically aligning procurement with business objectives to optimize costs and improve ROI. I also spearheaded the Leap East website development, creating a high-impact digital platform that boosted brand visibility and user engagement. Beyond these large-scale initiatives, I successfully managed medium to small-scale IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
